SR3 Engineers, LLC is a civil engineering firm with experience in commercial residential, industrial and retail land development projects. SR3 understands the challenges that developers face in this ever-changing real estate approval climate.
SR3 Engineers has experience with large projects such as the redevelopment of the former Logan Square Shopping Center, which included the relocation of US Maintenance into the LEED Certified office building. The site design, included a 450 space parking garage and a 1000 foot water main extension.
SR3 is the lead civil engineer for the 110 acre Bellmawr Waterfront Development project, which is an ongoing landfill redevelopment at Routes 42 and 295 in Camden County, NJ. SR3 has obtained permits, managed stormwater drainage and developed site and grading plans with the intent to close the landfill and construct commercial projects.
SR3 also has extensive experience on smaller, freestanding single use retail projects in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. SR3 provided the civil engineering services for the Sonic drive through restaurant at Route 611 and Mill Road.
